    If you have a twitter account (or are willing to set one up) https://twitter.com/xboxsupport has near-realtime support and can chat/text with you to try to help you decide what
    to do.

    If you have isolated the problem to just one controller, then inspect the controller for cracks or chips. While the units are very tough, dropping has been known to move buttons out of line to make consistent positive contact. Sometimes foreign matter like
    dust or gunk (technical term LOL) also gets in the way. Using dry air computer cleaner sometimes works. Unless you are highly skilled I would not attempt any further repair, but take or send the unit to a qualified repair shop.

    ^ Does that for me too, also the Phone lines aren't working properly at the moment, sometimes it'll disconnect you and other times you wait for 10 mins and then it just drops.
