    Halo Wars DE removed from Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Bundle

    Hi, I own Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, and it included Halo Wars DE, but yesterday when I launched Halo Wars DE, it popped out an error code 0x803F8001, so uninstalled it and try to download again, but turns out it removed from my library and when I check
    my Ultimate Edition bundle, Halo Wars DE now cost me HKD $119.

    I don't know what is happening.

    Issues Downloading Halo Wars DE

    A while ago I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 and recently tried to download Halo Wars DE which came with the Ultimate Edition. However, I cannot download it and the Microsoft Store says I need to purchase Halo Wars DE again. Can anyone help?

    Can you clarify where you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 from? If it was from a retailer outside of the Xbox Store, then you would need to reach out with them. Let us know Where is the Halo Wars DE Code? :D

    Got the key on Amazon so if u want i can give u screenshot if u need it...

    activate it and nothing happens but the Xbox store says ive got both...

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.
