Where is Sub Zero?

Discus and support Where is Sub Zero? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the fighter pack, but to date I do not have Sub Zero.     Where is Sub Zero?


    I bought the fighter pack, but to date I do not have Sub Zero. I've done restarts, waited countless times past 2 opening CPU plays, and more. Nothing. I first want want What I paid for, second, I will hesitate in buying any future packs because of this problem
    and the same I had with Red Hood under similar circumstances. Third, the developer needs to get their acts together on updates. It does not help the brand.

    Have you tried uninstalling the fighter pack and re-installing it when you go to manage game?
