    Hello, I sent my xbox n°[Mod Removed] to microsoft to be fixed because it was broken and I got a message from them saying it was fixed (or replaced, it is not clear) and that it had been delivered to my home today 28th of august but I received
    absolutly nothing ! I am really disappointed by the microsoft service (quality of my xbox and a terrible communication) so that I will sale this xbox if I can ever get it back !

    Can someone tell me how I can contact someone in charge and get some answers...

    Bonjour, j'ai envoyé ma xbox n°[Mod Removed] en réparation chez vous et vous m'annoncez qu'elle a été réparée ou remplacée (ce n'est pas clair) et livrée ce jour 28 août 2018 or RIEN ne m'a été livré. De plus je constate que cette même xbox
    est notée comme étant dorénavant hors garantie alors que je l'ai achetée en décembre 2017. Merci de m'indiquer où se trouve ma console xbox et ce qu'il en est de sa garantie.

    They said they have alot of issues with the tracking numbers not working and the shipment making it to its destination but i live in a bad neighborhood and work alot was trying to put a hold at fedex and i will pick it up but i cant do that with a bad tracking

    Where is my XBOX?

    Since the console is part of ID@Xbox I would try sending them a twitter:
    https://twitter.com/id_xbox     or login to the ID@Xbox site and see if they have support there.

    It may be possible that they directly sent it to the proper channel for repair and for some reason you didn't get any info. Your best bet is getting in contact with the ID@Xbox program for the replacement.

    Since that would actually be a delivery issue, not a Microsoft issue, you'd want to contact the delivery service to submit a claim.

    I have the same problem , it shows 2 labels created on friday 8/24 and a differentone on 8/27 with 2 day service , nothing has arrived and im not expecting my package to arrive tomorrow either . Im worried they lost my xbox one x , is this fedex problem
    or microsoft , im confused !!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    when tracking numbers are printed out... they are only in the fedex system ONCE they get picked up and scanned and loaded at the facility... until then... it will show as an invalid tracking #. Chances are your unit was repaired and a label printed out (which
    would email you of a notification of a tracking number) but has yet been received by Fedex as a shipment...
