    Hi.

    I recently had to return my XBox console for warranty repair due to the noisy fan issue. I have been tracking it's status on-line and on the 6th June it stated that my device is on it's way via UPS. If I follow the tracking reference link the UPS website
    has it's status as Shipment ready for UPS label created on 06/06/2021 @ 08:43 AM. It is now 12th June and the status has not changed. Is this normal? Even under current circumstances I would have thought there would be regular collections and that the device
    would be in transit by now.

    You definitely want to contact Microsoft Support for an update on this, the forums isn't the right place for it.

    Please see the following advice from UPS.

    If it has been several days since this scan was created, contact the sender to confirm the package was picked up. Our representatives are unable to provide more information at this time.

    I have done already via the virtual agent which was of little help. I couldn't find a way to contact them directly.

    Update: I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who was able to put me through to a Microsoft Specialist who has looked into my case and deemed it worthy of an escalation, as they lack accurate information regarding my case.

    J’ai récemment dû retourner ma console XBox pour la réparation de garantie en raison de la question bruyante ventilateur. J’ai suivi son statut en ligne et le 6 Juin il a déclaré que mon appareil est sur son chemin via UPS. Si je suis le lien de référence
    de suivi le site UPS a son statut comme expédition prêt pour l’étiquette UPS créé le 06/06/2021 @ 08:43 AM. Nous sommes maintenant le 12 juin et le statut n’a pas changé. C’est normal ? Même dans les circonstances actuelles, j’aurais pensé qu’il y aurait des
    collectes régulières et que l’appareil serait en transit maintenant.
