    I sent an Xbox controller for a warranty repair using the return label that I printed. UPS have messaged me saying that it has arrived in Daventry, but on the Microsoft website it still says that I have the controller. What should I do.

    It could just be that they do have it but just haven't updated it. I know with other repair services, there can be a delay to updates.
