    Where is my VIP star


    I bought a bunch of games on Black Friday, xbox live my rewards website emailed me saying I needed to spend $55 before tax in 2016. So I thought why not buy Battlefield premium which was $60+ CAD before tax on Dec 31. Now I have no VIP star and its giving
    me the $60 purchase progress for this year. I purchased the item Dec 31 and received and email confirming the purchase on Dec 31 making it impossible for me to have purchased it in January

    Please fix my VIP status

    Keep in mind that the program runs on UTC time. So depending on the time of day you made the purchase it may have still been the 31st for you, but it may have already been the 1st for the program. Support will double check though.

    I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.

    For MyVip pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible. The reward staff will have to review your other purchases to see if there are any other issues.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.
