Where is my VIP 10% credit

Hi, I haven't received my VIP 10% back for the month of February 2017. I spent over $400.00 on games movies etc... can you let me know when that will be?

missing VIP credits/pre order credits NOVEMBER!

Hi , I havent got my 15,000 credits for preordering Watchdog 2. Also havent got my 10% vip credits for November. Can you look into this? Thanks gamer tag

Prospector VIP Gems missing

Hello Xbox Live Rewards Team,

I am seeing that I can get 10 bonus my vip gems if I do the monthly surveys three months in a row, for which I have done October, November, AND December of this year and gotten credits and vip gems for all of them, EXCEPT for the 10 My VIP gem bonus. Can
you help me with this? My gamer tag is .

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for February purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, purchases from MicrosoftStore.com are not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, unless as part of a special offer.

Thats not how its worded, i cant earn multipal credits, in this case i earned none.

If i had earned credits by completing a mission then that's reasonable, the my VIP would be earning credits twice for the same action. in this case as they where not earned form that action they should be earned for the my VIP.
