Where Is my v-bucks promotion?

I wait more then a week and my v-bucks promotion is not go yet

It can take up to 2 weeks to receive the V-bucks. That's if you're eligible for the promotion, It's for new accounts with no history of live or ones with no history live from a certain date. I would check the fine print to make sure you're indeed eligible
to receive them
