    Where is my tiktok and twitch cape?


    Hello, when the option to claim a Minecraft cape came out, I claimed the Tiktok and Twitch capes, but when I tried to use them, the option didn't appear and the only one available was the migration cape and the anniversary cape... attached image of the order when it is claimed and the options that appear now when choosing the cape

    At the moment, the TikTok/Twitch capes are only available in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and they will be reflected in Minecraft Java Edition until July 8th, as you can confirm for yourself through the following link:

    TikTok and Twitch Minecraft capes aren't showin up in my skin editor. What do I do?

    As stated on the Minecraft website, the capes are not available for Java Edition yet.

    "Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, and will be in Java Edition by July 8. "

    Hello Rynics,

    You get one code for Twitch Account.

    Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now and will be in Java Edition by July 8.

    If you haven't got it on Bedrock, the best course of action is to contact Support.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues getting the TikTok cape you redeemed on your Minecraft account.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Kindly double-check that you're logged into the same Microsoft account where you redeemed the codes. If incase you're using a different account in the Launcher, the capes won't appear.

    Please make sure as well that you're using the correct edition of Minecraft. The TikTok and Twitch capes are currently available for the Bedrock Edition, with availability for the Java Edition expected later.

    And to give you a heads up, it can take up to 72 hours for redeemed capes to appear in the Minecraft Launcher. This delayed is caused by server-side processing.
