    i got an email that I only need to buy one more game (spend 61 Euros) and I get my 2nd VIP star. So I prefer ordered injustice 2 on February 2nd. But up until now I still don't have my 2nd star?

    WHERE IS MY GAMERSCORE!!!!!!!!!

    Same here, hoping everything will be able to be restored. I had like 20,000 Gamerscore, not cool if I seriously have to start over.

    Call support, tell them that the tracking number is no good...... that's where I would start.

    Support will check into it, but payment method doesn't matter. So purchases made using currency from gift cards do count. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count.

    Keep in mind that the program runs on UTC time. So depending on the time of day you made the purchase it may have still been the 31st for you, but it may have already been the 1st for the program. Support will double check though.
