    Where is my Spotify Premium code?


    I purchased an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on October 1st. I have never had a subscription before. It has been 29 days and counting since the purchase and I still have not received any Spotify code. I checked my email as well as well as the
    message center. I see that many others who purchased after me received their codes already.

    I contacted support three times. Every single time they tell me they will put notes on the account concerning this issue and that I will receive the code within 72 hours. Each and every time I did NOT receive a thing.

    Please advise.
