Where is my Roblox name and password on Xbox

Thank you for trying to help but this does not apply to my situation. There is no email address or phone # attached to the Roblox screen name. I need help finding where to prove the Roblox account is my sons through Xbox so that Roblox support can assist with a password reset.

I can,t login to Roblox. I am logged in ok to Microsoft store. Roblox asking for a user name and password . I tried their web site to reset the password but never worked.

Hi, I don’t know if I’m doing this right. Can you explain what you mean when you said Xbox gamertag credentials. Like my password to login into Roblox would be my Microsoft account password as I remember both that and the username to it but, not the password to my Roblox account. I don’t have a pc so, I tried to login into my Roblox account using my phone and input into the username prompt: my Xbox gamertag username and my Microsoft password as my Roblox password and it didn’t work. During this I had not unlink my Roblox account from my Xbox account. Also when you stated to go to link social accounts in the Xbox account settings I didn’t see anything related to Roblox at all. I don’t know what to do. I’m sorry that I may not understand what you’re saying and I appreciate your help in this situation

According to the Roblox support website, you can change your password by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Roblox account.
2. Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the page.
3. Select the “Settings” option from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on the “Security” tab.
5. Click on the “Change Password” button.
6. Enter your current password and then enter your new password twice for confirmation purposes.
7. Click on the “Update” button to save your new password.

Please note that this process is only applicable to changing your Roblox password and not your Xbox password. If this cannot be done on the console, then it means there is no way to change the password directly on the app. You may have to contact Roblox Support on recovering/protecting your account.
