    I waited till April 2nd and still no February reward for my Xbox gold quest, I was told to post again if I did not receive my reward by the first.

    I want my Rewards Credits being turned to my local currency. It didn't do it automatically. My GT is and i lIve in México.

    I have a question about my rewards. I bought a game last month for apart of a monthly mission Challenge for September that was worth 15,000 credits. I am trying to figure out where it could be? it’s not showing up in pending or anything. I
    preorder NBA2K18 before the due date could you clarify for me the process of getting my credits, please and thank you!

    There are no rewards given for tenure.
    M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
    you check that again for me .

    From the FAQ:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?



    Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    Since it has not been 96 hours from your purchase, it is too soon for that purchase to be Rewarded. If you do not see any progress after 96 hours, let us know!
