Where is my points?

I bought 2 games from that list where you guys said that if I buy one of those I can get 15,000 rewards points.

I supposed to have 30,000 points from those games (Battlefield 1 / Forza H3) but nothing yet.

Before I buy the game I called the Microsoft store to make sure that I would get those numbers. She said that I don't need to be worry about it... but unfortunately she was wrong.

A lot of the time, technology is innovated so quickly or gets too expensive, that it's too advanced to be released on the market or Military uses it first, then the consumer market in 15-20 years time etc..

To the person thing game controller being around for millions of years. They have not. Before video games. Poeple played games with here hands and body. Just like kinect and Wii mote. Why you ask you mom and dad or your grandparents what video game system
they had when they where a kid. I beat they say they play games with here hands or body and not some controller.

As Smwutches says, the only offer we have to receive 15,000 points for each individual pre-order is our MicrosoftStore.com offer for hard (disc) copy purchases. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify for that offer. Regarding your payback
for the month of September, this would have normally happened by the 15th. However, issues with MyVIP processing has caused us to delay this payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are appropriately Rewarded at the correct MyVIP level. Apologies
for the confusion.

Hello Edd,

There are two ways to earn Credits; offer completions from the MyMissions page, or generic payback on eligible purchases from MyVIP once you have spent at least £200 GBP. Game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.
