    WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!


    I've asked at least 17 times where the **** my VIP rewards are from LAST MONTH. I've gotten dozens of wrong answers from morons and money grabbing lazy scumbags. Can someone who can see my account fix this ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

    I have not received my promotional code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. It was $10 gift code and it never came. I was trying to buy an add on for the first time since last year when there was no money in my account which led me to realize that there
    is no money and I never received a code. If I did, then I must have overlooked it. Regardless, I want my $10 since they are rightfully mine.

    Hello UrCommander,

    Your September payback is currently pending in your account. It is located on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page as the event named "09/30/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 400 Credits". Due to some processing errors with MyVIP, this payback was delayed,
    so while it is listed as a September 30th event, it actually only occurred on October 17th. Usually the Credits are seen as pending shortly before the mid-month deposit.

    Since you are currently beneath 5000 pending Credits, you have not been automatically scheduled for a deposit, and will have to request one manually on your MyRewards page.

    He will check all payments and make a refund if you are right ;)

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.
