    where is my golden membership and game?


    Dear Sirs:

    I purchased golden membership at 2014.9.24, but I find it become invalid today. I also purchase fifa15 at 2014.9.20. but i also can't find the item in my account list. So i want to know what is the matter? I can find the transaction detail in my credit card.
    my bank told me that the transaction has been completed. please give me a definite reply.

    I can not download my free copies of games with gold while still in gold membership

    Correction : Since i can't modify or delete my post.

    I'm using my main account which has no gold but i use my second account ZenMonk616 which has the gold membership to download thoses games.

    So my second account Zenmonk616 has the gold membership and that's where i tried to download my free copies of the games and it's there where the membership expire the next month the 15 of april 2017.

    My main account , is on xbox gold sharing but i know you can't dowload games with gold from sharing gold accounts!

    But the problem is still there, i have my gold membership on my second account, i tried to download from there but nothing!!

    I can't download my free Xbox gold games even if i have the Xbox gold!!!

    You should also check commerce.microsoft.com for the account that you believe the membership and game to belong to. If they are not there then perhaps they were purchased from a different account.

    Just a friendly reminder though that in-game issues it is handled by the game support but no worries as I will be helping you still.

    According to the game support you may need to follow the steps below:

    "Restart your device and reinstall the game. The reward will be credited automatically the next time you enter the game."

    i can't use my golden membership

    I got a trail golden membership for 30 days,when i logined my accout again after removed my accout from the xbox. i found that i lost my golden membership again after disabling the option of 'auto-renew subscription' .it' same to the 12 months's issue.i
    can't play against my friends again......I think this may be a bug....

    The support in Hongkong is on holiday at weekend,What i can do is playing stand-alone,an contracting Microsoft at Next Monday!
