Where is my game pass code

Based on the information I've gathered, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate code will be sent by Xbox message after full payment for the game is taken.

According to the EA FC Xbox Page

"Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Codes will be delivered via Xbox system message after full payment is received. Redeem at "http://www.microsoft.com/redeem" by 1 January 2024. Valid for new Xbox Game Pass members only. Valid payment method required. Unless you cancel, you will be charged the then-current regular membership rate when the promotional period ends. Limit: 1 per person/account. Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement, Game Pass terms, and system requirements at: xbox.com/subscriptionterms. Available in all Game Pass Ultimate regions except Russia see "https://www.xbox.com/regions"

I would also like to add that this promotion is only for new Xbox Game Pass members which means if the system has detected that your account had an Xbox Game Pass subscription before, the promotion will not show up on your end.

I curently have game pass and I live in Romania (where game pass can't be activated)
I managed to change the location and billing adress of my Microsoft account. I don't see why this would be the problem for not being able to redeem the code.

Where did you purchase the codes from? Are they trials or full subscription codes? Have you had Game Pass in the past on this same account?

They should email you a code within 24 hours of redeeming the point. If it's been that long, you can check your order history on their redemption site and it'll either list the code there or have an option to resend it.

believe you go to my settings in Madden 13 and there is an option to redeem codes. Should be where you typed in your EA Online Pass Code....
