where is my cyberpunk refund microsoft?

It's terrible customer service. I'm still waiting for my refund, no email or anything for 2 days. This is the last time I get a game when it comes out on release and lost trust in Microsoft customer support.

I have the same issue, my refund was denied on the 14th and now I can’t request a refund even if I reply on the email. And the support chat goes nowhere I was online for more than an hour and no one is available to even chat to me. MS please wake up and
help your loyal customers.

On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

So I requested a refund for cyberpunk last week and the request was denied. Pls give me my money back.

This is a community based forum so we don't work for Microsoft. Cyberpunk was a special circumstance and given a longer refund period because of the publishers/developers. You can try replying to the email you received denying your refund to contact the refund specialists, but if the refund is outside of the refund terms there's no guarantee they'll change their minds.
