    Hello,

    I haven't got my 8% vip rewards cashback on some game purchases the last few months.

    My latest rapport said nothing. So where is it? Last time you guys said you were gonna look into it. But havent heard anything since.

    HI,

    Last year I bought many many many games and my Vip Star is now Level 3 with 6% Cashback.

    Where is this cashback ?? got nothing no money no Points ...

    Bought Games worth 700€ so 6% is many for Cashback.

    Please send me my Points or the cash on my Microsoft Account.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. While we updated our system to correctly recognize your purchase method, it looks like it did not award those purchases. We will manually adjust your account to reflect your purchases, including a purchase of the movie "Sully"
    in January. You should see these changes by the end of next week, by the latest.

    MyVIP cashback on game purchase not credited

    From our FAQ:





    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it is too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.
