    Purchasing ERROR in FIFA15 (FIFA point)

    Purchasing ERROR>

    I had purchasing FIFA point in FIFA 15 on my XBOX one, at first, i chose 4600point, it show "Checkout Error", and i didn't get any FIFA point.

    Then i select 2200point to purchasing, it show " Checkout ERROR" again, and i didn't get any FIFA point,

    after that i stop any purchasing on XBOX, but finally, i still receive the purchasing mail from Microsoft and count to my credit card.

    I would like to know why i didn't get any FIFA point, but you still charge my credit card?

    is it anyone can help me? i feed the payment sercurity seem too danger!

    Outraged Black Ops(2011) DLC gone as if never purchassed

    I purchased all the DLC for this game. I ended up breaking the disk so I waited for an opportunity to replace my copy of Black Ops. I got the game digitally on my xbox one hoping to play the zombies game mode once again. However I noticed that it did not
    give me the option to re download the DLC. So when I got back on my 360 I saw that all my DLC needs to be purchased again. That is nearly 60 dollars worth on content. There is no way I buying that again. Whats the deal where is my content.

    Just to clarify, are you able to see to see Plants vs Zombies in the Ready to Install section of your Xbox One console? If you purchased FIFA 16 digitally from the Xbox Store, you would not receive a code for Plants vs Zombies via Xbox Live message. Thanks!

    when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messa

    Playing against friends - FIFA 16

    It's been quite awhile since I played FIFA online, so I'll try to remember... do you know where he is trying to go to invite his friend to play with him? Like.. what menu? Online Friendlies? Ultimate Team Friendly? I think, if you go to online friendly,
    it will give you a list of your friends and you just select one and send him/her a game invite. It's pretty simple, but navigating to that spot is tricky.

    I've also read that if you put his age at under 13 on his EA account, it won't let him play online. Now, you've said he had no problems playing FIFA 15 online, so I don't know then. Maybe it's something they implemented for the One?
