where is my 8 percent rewards

Discus and support where is my 8 percent rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i noticed that my 8 percent rewards i was supposed to get i haven't been getting and all it says go gold to get the full amount i.e. my 8 percent level...     where is my 8 percent rewards


    i noticed that my 8 percent rewards i was supposed to get i haven't been getting and all it says go gold to get the full amount i.e. my 8 percent level im at.

    Currently on live getting half i should.

    is there another reason im not getting full.

    And tech support couldn't help so they sent me here to.

    AAnd you need to give me back my progress I had to reach star rank 4 it was 89 percent now it's gone down to 8 percent you need to fix this

    so half of what you say was right because when I checked my star progress on the 16th it was at 89 percent and now when I check it was 8 percent and you said it restarted on January 1st so why did it change my progress that was made after you guys updated
    the right progress in which put it at 89 percent so you guys need to put my progress back to the correct 89 percent progress

    You need to post in the Support forum (if you have not already), this is the discussion forum which is not monitored by staff.

    Once you do that, the staff will be able to review your account. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
