    Thank you for your response.

I just want to confirm, may I know who told you in chat that they will give you the 100$ gift card, is it from Microsoft Rewards or from Microsoft Xbox support?

If it was from an Xbox chat support agent, you may contact them here on the Xbox chat support link and provide them with your concern for an immediate follow-up:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

If it's from Microsoft Rewards, you can check this link to claim your Microsoft rewards by signing your account here on this link:

If you have further inquiries in regard to your Microsoft Rewards gift card, you can contact the Microsoft Rewards Department here at this link:

    Hey there!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, a fellow gamer. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am here to help. If I may ask, did you redeem the 100$ Xbox gift card under your account already?

Also, did you acquire the 100$ gift card from Microsoft Rewards or did someone give it to you?

May I also confirm the one who told you the information was from an Xbox chat support, is that correct?

If the information you have received came from an Xbox chat support agent, you may contact them here on the Xbox chat support link:

as the message said you have enough points for a £25 gift card.

It didn't say that you have a gift card for free ^^
