Where is Legacy Thumbsticks?

It's been years and there's still no Legacy Thumbsticks option in Xbox Accessories. PUBG, Fortnite, The Witcher, and many other games don't have this in the game already, all they've got is default and Southpaw. I've spent more than $500 on Elite Controllers
because they're not very durable, you'd think the product Microsoft markets as fully customizable would have an option to swap the X-axis of the thumbsticks, but it can't do that.

This would fix so many problems with simply playing games period. It would grant equal access to all games on Xbox for Legacy Thumbstick players instead of just the games whose developers are aware of and add Legacy Thumbsticks as an option in the settings
menus.

It's quite ironic that the Elite Controller (presented as letting players play how they prefer), despite it's obvious advantages over the normal Xbox Controller, does not have the original console thumbstick layout. It seems like such a simple fix, to swap
the X-axis of the sticks. This would let me play all the games I've wanted to buy, like The Witcher, and literally thousands of other games that lack Legacy Thumbsticks. Yeah, it really is a metric ton of games that don't have Legacy Thumbsticks and this could
fix that! Seems

It might not be a game issue because when turning left the tension in the thumbstick also feels more than the right. Could I have reached a point where a replacement of the thumbstick module is required?

Also, when the controllers cover is taken off, i am able to pull the thumbstick right off and it will not screw into the input. Where as the left thumbstick cannot be pulled off and is screwed into place on the input properly. In case this helps! ^
