    Where is Game Capture Sharing in Windows 10?


    It'd be nice to be able to upload videos again (Win10 PC) via the Game Capture feature.? Why isn't this in the app anymore? Xbox app is nice you can now scren clip Win Key+ Shift + S and paste right in the messages... but no video

    XBOX recording vanished due to laptop power off.

    Hello, Please go to the start button, then please select settings and after settings>gaming>captures on windows. There you will be able to see the folder where your recordings are stored in.

    Hi,

    To see where your captures are saved, open the Xbox App, select Settings, and then select Game DVR. Under Saving captures, select Open folder to see your captures in File Explorer.

    By default, game clips and screenshots are saved in your Videos folder, in a folder named
    Captures. This can be moved to different places on your PC, including elsewhere on your hard drive or to external drives. Your Windows 10 PC saves the default storage to where the Captures folder is created.

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. We understand having issues uploading videos. You can take a look at the page for

    edit and share game clips    .

    Game clips (under 30 minutes long) and screenshots of popular PC games and any game available through the Microsoft Store can be shared to Xbox Live. They aren’t automatically uploaded from Windows 10.

    1. In the Xbox Console Companion app, select
      Captures      .
    2. Select On Xbox Live.
    3. Select the game clip or screenshot you want to share.
    4. Select Share, and then choose where you want to share it.
