    Where is diabl 4 ultimate edition when purchased.


    Hi, I pre-ordered diablo 4 ultimate edition, and it only shows that I purchased the base game. When I check it gives me an option to buy the ultimate edition. I checked my purchase history and it shows that I paid for ultimate edition. Please fix or give me my money back.

    If you were able to confirm that what you purchased is the Diablo IV Ultimate Edition it may mean that you just need to install the Ultimate Edition content for you to access.

    "Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon. "

    Install all the packs, DLCs, and items from there.

    I purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition 2TB. The codes where in the console was 2: Gears of War Ultimate Edition and bonus items.
