where has the microsoft support went its sucks now ive been trying to get help for days

i bought black ops 4 and it freezes everytime i aim at someone i have deleted and reinstalled everything on my system which is a brand new xbox one x and im running on 400 mbps and they wont refund me ive been sold a corrupt digital download or something

Yeah the wait is just killer, and Ive been told xbox support is really helpful. microsoft support is just awful!

dude ive been trying to log in for hours now its my one day off i have this week and i cant log into my account every time i try i get that same error code, been trying to contact xbox support for hours now too and that useless stupid computer that you talk
to doesnt help at all

Have you tried power cycling your console by holding the power button for 10sec? This usually helps games that are freezing up.

Am sorry your experiencing this issue with your Digital game I would suggest you try and factory reset your console.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. Select keep games and apps

yes i have done everything uninstalled my profile the game factory reset my console deleted all cache and saved games

all other games work fine besides this one

at one point i had it game shared then it randomly started crashing when xbox downloaded purchases content was offline last week so i bought my own digital copy and the same thing persist no one cares no one will help they send me to this

 

i just bought it last night and they denied my refund lol

i got a faulty digital download

 

I did factory restore and nothing happend

Have you uninstalled, power cycled your Xbox, and then re-installed the game after the factory reset?

 

There would only be one download for your version of BO 4. If it was corrupt, it would be corrupt for everyone else.

Totally understand the frustration. Have you tried doing a hard reset on your console by holding down the power button on the front of it? Sometimes this will help trigger a fix for the issue. Also, make sure you aren't running into any HD space issues.
If nothing is working I would use the previous link provided to you and request a refund.
