    I am not an employee, but the reason is because xbox for some reason is having issues so gifting takes a bit longer. another thing is you can't gift vbucks through xbox, so it also could've gone into your account. hope this helped!

    If you purchased the V-bucks from the Microsoft/Xbox store, then they can only be redeemed through an Xbox. Have you logged in to an Xbox to check or are you using a PC? I think that if you only use PC, then you should be buying the V-bucks from the Epic store.
