    Nothing to worry about! Once your Xbox game has been refunded, the refund amount will be reflected on your payment method within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends) at your bank/financial institution.

    If you haven't received your refund amount after 5 business days, you will need to contact your bank to follow up on the refund process.
