    Where had my memory gone ?


    I've gone to turn on my xbox this morning and all my games, memory and external memory has disappeared. I can't even play a disc. Please help!!!!!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    The external hard drive may have been corrupted. Can you please unplug the external hard drive and then perform a powercycle on your console, keep the hard drive unplugged.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Check if you can now install games and check if you can now see the games installed on your Internal Storage.

    Update it worked! BUT cod still doesn't work but i guess it's just the game but thanks it worked 10/10 stars for you Brad. Lol
