Where exactly can I see the currency deposited after 5000 credits?

So I've recently seen that this past January I passed the 5k rewards points thing. After looking through the FAQ and whatnot I see that I should have $5 "in my microsoft account", but what does that mean? I turned on my xbox and went to the store, but I
don't see anything that says I have 5 dollars to use anywhere. As far as I can see I'd just be using the money in my wallet, not the 5 dollars I'm supposedly receiving from xbox rewards. Is this just imaginary cash they're giving me?

Help with my rewards credits

I deposited 7000 rewards credits a week ago and only 2000 converted to local currency and I need the 5000 to buy a game on sale.

These Credits were deposited into your Microsoft Account as currency on May 24th. You can see a record of your deposit and Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Once you are above 5000 pending Credits, you are automatically scheduled
for a deposit. You can then confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Since promotional currency
is used first from your Microsoft Account, this deposit was used as part of your UNO purchase.

http://commerce.microsoft.com Rewards deposits will be listed under returns. When you make a purchase on the console or xbox.com, you would choose your Microsoft account balance as your payment method when you make purchases. It's the same as if you add
a gift card to your account.

Once you reach 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule you for a deposit. Deposits will be placed as usable currency into your Microsoft Account, and be available for review at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
Since your Credit event happened in the earlier half of this month, you can expect your Credits to be deposited as usable currency after our end of month deposit.
