Where Does Your Feedback Go?

It is the place where Xbox will look on what is requested etc.

Feedback does affect your stars but it's broken.Your stars go up faster for getting negative feedback than they do for getting positive.

Just play online & they will go up eventually.

Sorry to double post, but I got my picture to change at the top right hand corner on the website by changing it on the Xbox One console, signing out of all devices that your account might be log-in to and then when I logged back into the website it was the
new picture. Have you done this?

When I changed the picture and didn't log out of everything, it was still stuck on the old picture.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood your issues, I thought you meant your picture was stuck on the console, which is why I directed you to the Xbox One support section.

So you're changing the pictures on the Xbox One? The picture in the right hand corner will always relate to the Xbox One where as the picture to the left when you post is to the 360.

Edit: Actually when I click on the piucture on the top right it changes tgo my 360 picture! I have no idea how it works then, though now you have me curious.
