Where do I send my controller back to?

Once you created the order it may take 24-72 hours for you to receive the shipping label along with the instruction.

You will just need to drop off the controller on the instruction provided.

Yeah I was able to find where to get a power cord sent but not where to get my controller back .

Really weird to think it was my fault sending everything back....

You can create an order by adding your controller as a device by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices. Once you have successfully added the controller you can click on "info & support", from there you can start an order.

Once you have successfully created the order you will receive an email instruction with the shipping label, you'll need to drop the controller on the courier provided.

1)This was very simple. I'm not sure why I had a difficult time with support but this is the info that I needed.

3)Thanks anyway. I understand it's silly for me to purchase something to soon before black friday but then again Microsoft themselves are the ones that released the bundle for $500 for 10/16 and then delayed that bundle until 11/9 when the bundle drops to
$429 on 11/23. Again, if there had been no delay on the bundle I'd be a lot less frustrated.
