Hi iRICKYMINAJ!

Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community. We're here to help and let's work on this together.

If you are unable to see the NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition in your purchase history, you may want to try the following steps:

1. Check if you have purchased the correct edition of the game. The NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition is a special edition of the game that includes additional content and features.

2. Check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. You should have received an email from Microsoft confirming your purchase of the NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition.

3. Check your Xbox console or the Microsoft Store for your purchase history. You can view your purchase history by going to the Microsoft Store, selecting your profile, and then selecting "Purchase History."

Please let us know how it goes.

Greetings,

RodelioP.

Hi there! This is Virginia O.

I understand that you want to cancel your Minecraft realms subscription.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

First thing to do is to check if the subscription is active by going to: https://account.microsoft.com > Services and subscription.

If you see the subscription there, please manage it and then cancel.

If incase you don't see the subscription, it only means that it isn't the Microsoft account where the realms subscription was purchased.

Kindly make sure to sign in the correct account where the subscription was purchased to be able to cancel it smoothly.

Thank you for your cooperation and have a great day!
