Where do I put the code in at that you get off your Xbox to sign at that all I want to know...

Can you please give more information? What kind code are you referring to? If you are trying to redeem a code for a game/subscription/addon, you can redeem it online or on your Xbox.

To redeem it on your console:

>Press the View button view button icon to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

>Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.
