    where do i have to enter a promotional code ?


    Maybe it's an idiot question but after a long time i was not able to find where i had to enter the promotional code AMazon sent to me when i pre ordered the game.

    It's the code which is given to every precommand made for this game and i can't find where to enter this, this drive me crazy.

    On Bungie's website they ask for a nine number code or, for the Xbox one version, the code is way longer

    So if anybody could help me, i'll enjoy it

    Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email recieved.

    $5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

    It sounds like it may be preorder code, this is how you redeem the code on the Xbox One

    1)Go to Games, and then select Use a code. Or, say “Xbox, use code.”

    2)If prompted, sign in.

    3)If you have a QR code, hold it up to your Kinect sensor.

    If you do not have a QR code, select Or enter the 25-character code, and then enter your code.
