Where do I find my Xbox Live Account Number? Is that my Gamertag?

If you sign in to
your account under personal info you should be able to see a Unique ID.

This may be what they are referring to but we are going double check on that for you.

Please post back and let us know if you are able to find that ID or see any other mention of an account number on the website.

I think the most plausible answer is that they are actual test accounts... or some sort of bot generated account. The biggest red flag is that they start with numbers, which isn't typical of gamertags on Xbox Live. The closest thing to it I could find
past using the 'find someone' button in the friends tab on console, where gamertags that started with special characters. The latest gamertag update made special characters and certain characters from different languages usable in gamertags but starting with
numbers is still rather unusual. The fact its '2' then 'dev' and a rand strain of numbers is probably just the dead give away as to what those accounts are. They all have zero Gamerscore, 0 or no followers, and the number chain is apparently random. I looked
through a good lot of the ones that came up and honestly, there's no reason someone would purposely make that their gamertag.

So my gf sold my Xbox. What can I do to find out who has the Xbox. And my account is still on the xbox. I have the serial number.

Please make sure you change the password of your gamertag and do the same with any other accounts on the console, I suggest contacting the police, and hopefully you can directly where your gf has sold it to. We cannot track it for you and only the police
can do that type of thing.

To Techmod, im not trying to combine two gamertags really, just eliminate my currently unused gamertag that has a xbox live / windows live id / email address. The offline gamertag is my primary and i wish to make it my gamertag / widows id / email address.
The offline account with my achivments is the account i wish to have xbox live with. If i sign up with xbox live gold membership on my offline account, will this delete my other live account? How do i do this.

I'm entering the MAC number suggested when the Live connection test fails. It just says this devices MAC number is:.... so maybe its the xbox's? Where would I find the router's? It just seems weird that I've never had to do this before, and where I'm entering
the MAC number it is adding my xbox's IP and MAC number to the "DHCP Reservation Lease" list, is that the correct place?
