Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Did you get the email with the redeem code for minecraft.net/redeem ?

In order to obtain the details of your reward, please go to your Order History and scan through the list of your orders. Look for the reward in question and at the far-right, click the Order Details button to get your redemption code or link. Select Resend if you want a copy of your confirmation email and/or select Order Details if you want to get the details of your reward.

Hello, so if you are wondering where your stuff is here it is, First when you enter the bottle codes you then wanna see how much points you have then go to the rewards marketplace by going to the 3 lines at the top, depending on how much points you have from the product you bought with the code scroll through the selection of in game rewards you can redeem, once you find the reward you want click on the “redeem” button. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Was it a Microsoft Rewards redemption? If so, if you go to the Microsoft rewards page, click on redeem and scroll down the page, it will show your order history and a resend button next to whatever it was.
