    hello. I purchased nba2k21 yesterday from game stop. entered activation code and said it would send but nothing ever appeared. when I tried to put activation code in again it said it had already been redeemed. where did the game go? we only have one xboxone
    console and 1 player, my son. I am totally not tech savvy. please help. sue

    Make sure you're signed into the same account that redeemed the code. That's typically why it won't show.

    thank you. I did go to the store and it confirmed I purchased it..it gave a confirmation code. I would be happy to sit on hold but when I called the 2 800 number it disconnected me. holding was not an option. sigh. thanks. sue

    Hello, try searching for the game in the store and see if it says owned. It should give you option to download the game from there too. Nobody can outright call you for help. You can call customer support but the hold time is very long!
