Where did the 12 mos Game Pass go in Microsoft rewards? (gamepass)

I have been saving up for the 12 month game pass on Microsoft rewards (it cost 29K when you are level 2). I just checked the rewards page and the redeeming options for Game Pass now only shows it as a 1 month or 3 month subscription! The 12 month option
vanished! GOLD is still available as a 12 month redeem (for the same 29,000). I assume this is an error and will be fixed, correct? I bought a new XBox and switched to Bing specifically to get enough points for the 12 month Game Pass. I look forward to
your reply.

BTW, three months of Game Pass shows up as costing 17,000 ms points. Annualized, that is DOUBLE (or 29,000 MORE points over the year) than the cost was for the 12 month game pass using rewards points (was 29,000). Another poster in the Microsoft forum
noted this in the last few days, and he also had his goal set as the game pass.

Again, I hope this is a simple error, but I would appreciate a reply and a post in the public board clarifying this issue.

If you purchased the subscription back then you should reach out to Xbox Support so they can confirm you bought Game Pass during the offers time frame and send you the codes.

If you bought the game it will show on ready to install, if you play with gamepass, it will show only in gamepass section.

If you already a XBOX LIVE rewards member and did not over laped. You will recived the 12 mos renewed rewards in a few days. It automatic and no need some kind of paper to show that you did. But you might be talking diffrent progame.

If you go to the microsoft rewards app and look at the earn tab you will see the "Xbox Games Pass Quests" and in there the gamepass quest are located.

I did this last year, i bought 1 month of gamepass and 12 months of gold live and i got 13 months of game pass ultimate

where are you getting your prices

gold is 49.99 but no longer sold as 12 month on xbox but can be found cheaper online sometimes 35 a year or even less.

gamepass is 7.99 per month

gamepass ultimate is 10.99 per month, this has gold, gamepass, xcloud and gamepass pc bundled together

why would you choose to pay for three monthly when you can still get 12 month codes online.

nobody gets rewarded for loyalty, no such thing.
