    my credits havent been deposited and nor does it give me the option to request them deposited they now amount 13k but was just over 12k when it hit 30th .

    I also claimed many rewards using my gems

    despite saying redeemed i dont have any

    it promted me to give my current email upon using the gems which

    i did so can i get some help i asked someone through live chat but

    they aint got a scooby and the twitter help is a joke

    Hello,

    From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    You can review your pending Credits on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Regarding your Vault prizes, we have escalated the issue with our Vault team and are investigating.

    Hi Baffled,

    Thanks for replying about the issue with the add on missing. We recommend logging on the
    account website for each profile and check the

    order history
    . Then you will see which one owns it. Then on the console, go to my games and apps>highlight sim4>hit the start or menu button>go to manage game>ready to install>the add on should be there. Also keep in mind there is a service alert right
    now also. You can check the status
    here
    . If still having issues you can contact support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Is it possible you downloaded it on an account that's not set as a main on that console? How many profiles do you have?

    Use the app on your smartphone, if you can, and see if it's the same, if it's the same so maybe you will have to customize your avatar again
