Where did my premium edition Indiana Jones and the great circle go?

No, I purchased the edition. Played the game up to the snake in the temple. I had the edition that came with the giants quest thing and the digital art book. The game itself is no longer in my owned games section. Like I never played it or downloaded it. I go to store and I have to purchase the game again.

Did you select the standard version of the game? Premium additions and such are simply bundles of DLC many of which shop is account entitlements as opposed to purchases. Everyone gets the standard game, and sometimes you need to go to that entry to download

yes I know which version you purchased, but you purchased a bundle of DLC along with the basic game just like everyone else. The difficulty of maintaining three identical versions is simply not worth anyone's time so everyone gets the standard version just like every other game

when you visit here with your account logged in what does it say? if you still don't see it, please check your purchase history and find the transaction. You'll need that to prove to Support that you own it

Hello Tim, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I take it your console is an Xbox Series X as the game will not run on the Xbox One X. However, if you are using a Series X please try powercycling it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug the modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there.

When the internet is back up and running try again.
