Where did my Evolve Ultimate Edition that was free go

Maybe this is a network issue. Please check first your
Order History. If the game is there it should reappear on your console.

Also I can't find evolve: ultimate edition in the xbox store since 2k gave it the boot and said "screw it, we give up so it's free for a while before it's gone for good-ish".

Firstly, let's check if your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active. Please follow these steps:



1. Open the Xbox app on your device.

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

3. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

4. Click on "Subscriptions" on the left-hand side.

5. Check if your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active.

If your subscription is active, please try to sign out and sign in back again on the Xbox app. If still the issue persist proceed doing the troubleshooting steps:

1. Close the Xbox app completely.

2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

3. Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter. This will reset the Windows Store cache.

4. Restart your device.

5. Open the Xbox app and try launching your games again.



If the issue persists, please try updating your graphics card drivers. You can do this by following these steps:



1. Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard and select "Device Manager" from the menu.

2. Expand the "Display adapters" category.

3. Right-click on your graphics card and select "Update driver".

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your driver.
