Where did my email go? Xbox rewards

Just a friendly reminder, there is a dedicated Team who handles Microsoft Rewards concerns and inquiries so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to them by clicking "Get Help" at this link; https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m.... Once you submitted your ticket, you'll receive a response email within 24 hours but if you do not receive a response in your email inbox within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Still no email yet... although i did receive an email from Xbox Live Rewards letting me know my rewards membership account was now active, so i know the email is viable and where to look for the code email. I just still havent got it yet.

I still have hope though.

Thanks for replying about the issue with the add on missing. We recommend logging on the
account website for each profile and check the

order history. Then you will see which one owns it. Then on the console, go to my games and apps>highlight sim4>hit the start or menu button>go to manage game>ready to install>the add on should be there. Also keep in mind there is a service alert right
now also. You can check the status
here. If still having issues you can contact support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
