    Hiya there, I claimed 150 entrees for the xbox one series X and it said that I would receive an email but I haven't received an email, but the points got taken out of my account so I'm guessing that I got 150 entrees to the giveaway but I'm not sure, it ends on the 30th so I'll check then and see I'm just seeing if I had a common issue or not? Thanks for reading

    Still no email yet... although i did receive an email from Xbox Live Rewards letting me know my rewards membership account was now active, so i know the email is viable and where to look for the code email. I just still havent got it yet.

    I still have hope though.

Just a friendly reminder, there is a dedicated Team who handles Microsoft Rewards concerns and inquiries so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to them by clicking "Get Help" at this link; https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m.... Once you submitted your ticket, you'll receive a response email within 24 hours but if you do not receive a response in your email inbox within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.

    From our FAQ:

    What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

    Therefore, that 32 pound deposit is your 50,000 Credit deposit. You can see a statement of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you will need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
