Where can i see my ticket of appeal to my account

I cant find the phone support to call. Where do I submit a ticket? This really just sucks. I never let anyone use my account before. My account looks destroyed all I ever did was play games. Where can I submit a ticket and who do I call?

There's no way to appeal a console ban. If it's only for 1 month, all you can do is wait it out.

According to the game support you may need to follow the steps below:

"Restart your device and reinstall the game. The reward will be credited automatically the next time you enter the game."

Well according to that, I still have points not dollars. I thought they were supposed to switch all that over by the first of this month?
