    Where can I report a missing package?


    The FedEx shipment states that the package was delivered but I haven't received it. I called FedEx and they said the package was delivered. I also asked around in the mailroom and leasing office but the package is not here.

    Hello Mayme, unfortunately in cases like this you will have to do with FedEx again, even if you contact Xbox support they will guide you to contact the carrier.

    The mailroom when they accepted delivery is now legally responsible for your package.

    This happens to my friend all the time, they lose things for days.

    Unfortunately in cases like this, you will have to check with them if there is any kind of procedure or insurance etc, Xbox support will guide you to contact them.

    I feel like I'm being bounced around. FedEx is saying that the package may have been stolen and there's nothing they can do about it. Where do I go from here when no one is taking responsibility? I already paid for the product and have nothing to show for it.
