    Alright so I bought the game and everything installed itself. and I didn't check on the DLC until yesterday and the day before because, well, I was playing the actual game. But now i am coming to the conclusion of the game and wanted to try out the DLC's.
    But, even though they are installed, I cannot access them without the 25 character redeem code. I am sure it is somewhere i just have no clue where. A friend of mine that purchased the same Gold offer has the same problem as i do. So any help to point us in
    the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Harrison

    The 25 character code

    I got the Gold Premium edition Batman: Arkham Knight game. The DLC's installed themselves in the the initial game download but I can't redeem without a 25-character code. i checked email and messaging center. I am sure it is right in front of me, but if
    someone could point we in the right direction that would be great.

    I bought an Xbox One on Black Friday, and the deal was I get $50 off the Xbox, a free select game and a $25 Microsoft Store code. The code is only 9 characters and it won't let me redeem it as a 25 character code. WHyy?

    Are you experiencing a specific error message or code when you try to access the Batman: Arkham Knight DLC? Can you access ANY of the DLC that came with the Premium Edition of the game or is limited to specific DLC? If it's specific DLC, can you list the
    name of the DLC so we can investigate further?

    Season Pass code doesn’t work.

    Do your codes have 25 characters (5 x 5 code)? If not then you may need to redeem elsewhere (possibly even from within the game menu) as Xbox can only redeem 25 character codes.

    Are you looking for a 25 characters code? . If you buy a dlc directly from Microsoft Store, there is no code.

    if you redeemed a code, you will only find the code if you have the physical card where it was printed
