    Does anyone else have issues with customer service agents from other countries that can’t speak or understand the English language. I asked a simple question and it was met with ignorance and rude behavior. All I wanted to know was what model the Xbox series x was being sold on the Microsoft website. The agent didn’t know and started arguing about it not being a valid question. I explained the older models had heating issues that were corrected in the 2024 model with a new heat sink and new chipset. Apparently she didn’t understand the question or had no idea about the product she’s suppose to be representing. Her language worsened as my question was repeated numerous times to try to make her understand until she just hung up on me. Poor customer service if you ask me. We need in country service where people actually know what they talking about. I’ve tried contacting Microsoft for a couple days now and all I get is AI that doesn’t know anything, just a gimmick to say they have it even though it’s completely useless or I get an out of country customer service agent. If anyone knows something anything would be helpful.

    Thank god I have internet again so I can watch Xbox Next-Gen tomorrow!

    Virgin media customer service is outrageous they really need to employ people who can speak clear English and not some South Asian puppet who is getting paid next to nothing.

    And speak english not trying to be rude or racist as I only speak and write english and I find understanding other languages differcult.
