    I lost my donsel for my PDP Gaming LVL50 Xbox Wireless Stereo Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone, I already contacted pdp support and haven’t gotten an answer, just wondering where I can find a replacement.

    The behaviour you’ve described is a known issue as confirmed in Known issues > Guide here:

    Are you an Xbox Insider and what OS version are you currently on? You can find this info in Settings > System > Console info.

    Refer to this guide to troubleshoot the issue and verify that your wireless headset is correctly synced/connected to your console:
