Where can I enable multiplayer in my Microsoft account?

Hi DarkAndromeda31, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

I get redirected to the support site again, then I then went to the family site, I see this:





I don't think that I am part of a family group.

Thank you for that and you're correct, if you're a minor please ask an adult or a parent of yours to add you as a member under family so they can manage your settings. Simply ask them to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family then create a family group and add you as a member.

Have you checked the settings of your Microsoft account to see that it allows for multiplayer.

Check that the world you trying to play on has the multiplayer game option enabled, this can be found in the settings for the world.

It stays the same. Like all i did was unsubmit then resubmit and then it worked for like 5 seconds and all of a sudden i cant play multiplayer cause of my microsoft account settings. And my privacy settings still say it is enabled for multiplayer.
